The first thing you need is a domain name. Your domain name should reflect your focus or ‘niche’. It should be broad enough to not limit your options yet not so narrow that you restrict your market. Ideally it should be a clever name or a play on words.
However, misspellings, numbers, hyphens and other ‘creative’ names tend to fail. Use words in the dictionary. You should also say it out loud, test it among friends and look at how it looks spelled out. “Hypertyper” and “SumoSushi” sound good to me.
HyperTyper implies typing my documents quickly, and (hopefully) cheaply. SumoSushi implies larger amounts of the delicious Japanese food that is usually in smaller, bite-sized servings.
Avoid unique new names unless you have a big budget. Unique words are expensive to brand and hard for people to remember. If you have questions, please ask.
