Activate My Reseller Store Plugin

Redeem your Managed WordPress plan to customize your storefront with the Reseller Store plugin and the Turnkey Storefront theme.

  1. Go to your TapSuccess page. You might be prompted to sign in.
  2. Under Additional Products select the arrow arrow icon to expand that section.
  3. Next to WordPress Hosting, select Redeem.
  4. A pop-up window will appear. Select Redeem Credit. Your redeemed plan can now be accessed under Managed WordPress in your products page.
  5. Set up your free hosting account on the Managed WordPress platform. Afterwards, your WordPress Dashboard will open.
  6. Activate my Reseller Store pluginYou can use the Reseller Store plugin to design your storefront. Some of the features the plugin includes are an imported product catalog, domain search and cart widgets.
  1. Sign in to your TapSuccess account and open your product. (Need help opening your product?)
  2. Sign in to your TapSuccess account and open your product.
  3. Hover over Plugins in the sidebar, and then select Add New.
  4. Upload TapSuccess Reseller Store plugin.
  5. Select Install Now.
  6. Select Activate.
  7. Select Reseller Store, which is now located in the sidebar.
  8. Click Button to activate your account.
  9. You’ll be directed to your Reseller Control Center. If you have multiple accounts, select one from the drop-down menu, and click Activate Your Reseller.
  10. After a few minutes, your account will load and your WordPress Products page will appear.
  11. You can then place the products anywhere in your WordPress website.

Your plugin is now activated and connected to your account. Any changes to product pricing in the Reseller Control Center will automatically apply to your product changes in WordPress.

Edit products in my Reseller Store plugin

The Reseller Store plugin imports the product catalog with your prices. You can edit your products in the plugin to change their names, descriptions and other features.

Note: Some products can only be sold in specific markets, and won’t appear if your account is setup for a different market. For example, Professional Email isn’t available in the U.S. market, so it won’t appear if your plug-in is set to the U.S.

  1. Log in to your TapSuccess account and open your product.
  2. Choose upload Reseller Store from TapSuccess.
  3. Hover over a product name and select Edit.
  4. You can edit the product name, description, add to cart button, search field, if it goes directly to cart for checkout or stays on the page.
  5. Select Update. Any newly added Reseller products will automatically be added to your products.

Change product settings in my Reseller Store plugin

You can change your product settings in the Reseller Store plugin, such as to create a promotion code, edit a domain search bar or change your storefront’s currency.

  1. Sign in to your TapSuccess account and open your product.
  2. Hover over Reseller Store and select Settings.
  3. Choose from the following tabs:
    1. Setup — check for new products
    2. Product Settings — change the cart text, add a redirect to cart and create a promo code
    3. Domain Search Settings — change the settings for domain registrations and transfers
    4. Localization — set your currency, market and language
  4. Select Save Changes to update your storefront.

Activate my Neve Child theme

Showcase your unique brand identity with the Turnkey Storefront theme. The Turnkey Storefront theme is optional but it gives you control over your storefront’s layout, widgets, social media and more.

  1. Sign in to your TapSuccess account and open your product.
  2. Hover over Appearance and select Themes.
  3. Select Add New.
  4. Search for TapSuccess for Neve Child theme.
  5. Select Install.
  6. Select Activate.
  7. Select Customize to edit your site.
